A/C with little air flow

I just bought a 3600 sq ft condo penthouse with two roof central a/c units. The local HVAC guy put in freon and declared all is well. The flow from the registers is very weak even after he checked the returns which seemed fine. After several hours the Apt was cooler but not acceptable. What do I do? Where can I go to find someone to help?

Ask your neighbors who they use. Hopefully not the same guy you had.

Or ask the condo association who they recommend.
