buying my first furnace, does this model/price make sense?

This is my first time buying a furnace, and it is for my rental property in southeastern Michigan. I will never end up living in the house, but I plan on owning it for a long time. I try to find tenants that will be good to the house but that is easier said than done.

The 1200 sq ft house was built in the 1940s. The contractor recommended a Payne PG8MAA036070 (66,000 input/54,000 output; 80% AFUE) $1450 to remove the old furnace and install the new one. What do you think of this choice/ price?

I have read about different furnace brands online, and for every person who raves about one brand, another hates it. I'd love to hear what you guys think.
A fwiw, the house looks like this...

Sounds reasonable to me. Payne is a fairly good unit and easy to get parts for so I would go for it.

Thanks. If anyone else has any thoughts, I'd appreciate it. It is snowing here right now, and I need a furnace!

I installed quite a few of the PG8 series furnaces by Payne in the past and have had good success with them. They are as good as any in that price range. Looks like a decent deal to me.
