Burying exposed copper pipes
I recently purchased an old brick 3 story row house that has exposed copper pipes on the first and second floors. I'd like to remove the plaster and lathe from the walls that these pipes run in front of and then bury them within the wall. I'm just a little uncertain about how to get the copper pipes to the radiators from beneath the floor.
My thought was to bury the pipes in the wall and then put a 45 degree elbow on once they reach the ceiling to route them up into the radiator located on the floor above.
Does this sound like the correct way to do this or is there some other way?
Suggest you get copper to cpvc fittings and run the plastic thruogh the walls. They will be arround long after we are gone.
