Burnham Oil Furnace Problem

The furnace use to emit heat, warming my basement, however, since it was serviced in 12/2007 it has not been emitting any heat in the basement and the oil level seems to be dropping quicker than in the past. I have not increased the house temperature nor any other activities that would increase oil consumption. The house just doesn't seem to be as warm prior to the furnace being serviced. I do hear the little tinkering sound and the furnace turn on. The serviceman commented before he left that it's set at 180 degrees and 20 PSI. Should this be? Thank you in advance for any help.

Where are you located? You said furnace, but I assume you have a boiler since you quoted temp and pressure settings. Is there a constant call for heat? Does the boiler reach the max temp cutoff? Is your basement on a separate zone?
