Burnham KV84 Oil Furnace Dead This Morning

My friend has a Burnham KV84 oil burner.

I have checked the breaker and boiler switch the thermostat is all the way up tank is almost full

But it shows no sign of life at all.
The burner unit 2 reset buttons one up front near the head, and the other on the right towards the rear, it would appear to be the electrical portion.
It has a reset button and a green LED. The LED is off and remains off despite the reset button. I can't read what it says since it's mounted inches from the wall.

I'm more familiar with electric and basic gas systems. Not sure where to go with this, any tips on what else I should look at?

The water level isn't marked like I've seen generally so I was reluctant about letting any in. It was somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 cold.

You don't give us a lot to work on.
Did you check the manual reset high limit?Do you have a low water cut off?Could be a bunch of things.
