Burnham furnace short cycling

have a 20+ year old Burnham hot water boiler that short cycles when maintaining boiler temp for domestic hot water - cleaned boiler, replace aquastat - reset hi low dif settings runs 30 sec off for 4 min

Did you check your water level??...water feed to boiler must be on all the time...some high end units like yours have a low water cut off to protect the unit..some reset themselves...water temp gauge in front has temp on top and pressure on bottom...I like between 10 / 15lbs....also you might have an air bleed on top of boiler

I have not checked the water level or but am sure the feed valve is open - did not check if the system is air bound - will verift that too - system runs between 10 & 20 lbs
