ok guys i am back I am going with burnham pvg5 for the boiler. Can you guys recommond an indirect. I don't want triangle tube or well mcclain because i want something with a drain at the bottom of tank so i can flush water out every so often. What do you guys think of the burnham alliance it looks good with hydrostone lining and removable heat exchanger? i am between the burnham alliance, Superstor Ultra, Bock Indirect what should i go with?

The last thing i am concerned with is the pvg noisy. Is the vent fan reliable? I've read online that powerventers are very loud is this true? I am venting out the wall so are there any downsides to doing this? could this discolor my house i have painted cedar siding.

Go for the better boiler and you will be better off in the long run. Igniters don't go bad all the time.
