BTU rating


I have a carrier model 59SC2A080. For the gas co. Rebate I need the BTU and the AFUE of this unit

Or call your installing contractor and ask them. They should be able to give you this information immediately.

BTU rating


Should be a yellow sticker with the AFUE rating on it.

The mod number you posted would be 80,000 BTU, and the 2A I believe was a 92% AFUE model. I think it was 92% in down flow, and 95.5 in upflow.
