Problem is the replacement house costs $200K more and in BC where How is about $500K for the same house. Will have to stay here and hunt seals and eat Caribou a bit longer.

move out to where I am, $250,000 gets you a 4,000 sq ft home I only paid $255k for mine

not sure what part of PA you are in, out here in the south west near pittsburgh, its been pretty warm and little snow..... and figures the year i bought a snow blower ive used it twice when we had 1/2" of show just to test the thing!

Going to be damn cold here tonite. -26C or -15F for my Celsius challenged neighbors. LOL

Been a very strange Winter here too. Very little snow, have not used my snowblower once.

well 3 days of work and it should all be done today, obviously can't test the AC unit yet... not warm enough, but the furnace is ultra quiet you can't even tell its running

Minus 15f??.....wow. Reminds me of Illinois winters. It's 45F here in Missouri and so far this winter we have had 2-3 inches of snow....which coincedently has melted the next day. I do not miss the cold.
