Bryant gas pack blower fan


Just got a old fixer upper house for my mother to move into.

The indoor blower motor run all the time no matter what setting thermostat is on
even in off, it keeps going, is this a bad thermostat.

The previous owners could have set it up that way. Check the control board for a jumper from R to G.

I found no jumper, but the wires are in a mess, a lot of cuts & splices.

Bryant gas pack blower fan


it could be a blown low voltage fuse or an open limit that is causing the fan to run all the time. Does the heat or a/c work?

When I had time to trace the wiring, it was wired hot full time, just to simple to look for at first. Thanks
