Bryant draft/vent rollout switch testing

I have a no fire issue with a Bryant model 376CAVO3670 horizontal unit. I have chased the ignition circuit to the draft rollout switch that trips: a manual reset of this switch allows the unit to fire and run for one cycle. The unit does not "seem" hot during this cycle...makes me think the rollout switch is bad.

I will check exterior vents this weekend for an obstruction, but don't think this is the problem.

Question: should this switch reset itself after tripping? Any way to test for reset?

Question: Any recommendations for cleaning flue? Shop vac and dryer vent brush?

Thanks for any help!

If the wheel is clean, then the problem usually turns up to be in the vent/chimney. could be the chimney cap is bad and restricting the chimney.
