Bryant/Carrier relay or board

So I have an old bryant unit that my friend says the relay is bad (AC will not kick on or even make a noise when it should be firing up). In the interim my friend bypassed the relay to make it work. I found a screen show of the board and unit I own, for you all to take a look. Now can I get just a relay, or do I need a whole new board? Some feel that the whole board requires replacement. Here is the screen shot, and all the information I could get off that old unit since some of it was too faded.

Bryant labelled (carrier on tag inside)
Model: 394calc24050
50,000 btu an hour
Serial: 4986a03900
Electric panel: 306022-201 rev A
