Bryant 80 series old model wiring problem

I have an old bryant 80 and I rent I will send pictures. I am cold lol. The problem is that the wires are messed up in the furnace. Here are the letters W must mean white wire. The next letter is J which I have no clue. Then comes a letter 4 again no clue The Green but I have two green wires. There is an X and Y. The wires I have are these colors. white, red, light green and a darker green then a yellow wire. Then there is a wire I assume that is for the ac which has two wires red and white.

If you rent, its better to call your landlord and have them call a company out.
