Hi all, looking for help. My furnace has an intermittent problem, and when it won't run it flashes code 32 (label says to check for:proper vent sizing, low inducer volatage, defective inducer motor, excessive wind, inadequte combustion air, defective pressure switch) I had a tech come out and he said the inducer motor was bad. Replaced it, and the same problem. I've checked the pressure switches and tubing, they hold vacuum and the switches operate correctly--checked them on and off for continuity with multimeter.
I think the problem may be in the board because sometimes the inducer just comes on (less than a second) and the furnace shuts down. I hear a relay clicking when it does this. When the inducer actually runs it pulls down the pressure switches just fine, the ignitor comes on, lights the gas and then it will run for a while and shut down, flashing code 32.
I did take apart the flu and look down the chimney and it is all clear. The condensate drain is clear and no water.
