Bryant 394J help. Will not fire up.

Looking for some help troubleshooting my Bryant 394JAZ. built in 1988. Last year i would have to crank up the thermostat allot to try and kick the heater into gear. This year nothing is working. Should have looked at it early but....

What i have done.

Verified continuity to all wires to and from main PCB, igniter PCB and any other wire in there. This includes from the thermostat to the main PCB.
Verified 120 VAC thru door switch and to the main PCB.
Verified 120 VAC to the transformer.
Verified 24 VDC from transformer to PCB.

The thermostat is a few years old and has a good battery. As i bump the thermostat up over the room temp i hear it click and can measure a voltage change from its wires but do not know what voltage it is looking for.

When i toggle the main door switch the primary relay (The one on the right) engages. Sometimes i see a blue spark in the relay as i toggle the main door switch. Nothing else kicks in.

Hope that is enough info to get some tips on troubleshooting this? I am capable at probing the PCB if i have some clue on what to check. My gut says that the main PCB is the problem but that is just a hunch. Not sure how to bypass the pcb to check the fan or the ignition board.
Thank you for the help.

Matt

Inducer being the main fan, right. I will check. I know it is not turning on but did not check it's voltage. I will check tonight.

The inducer is the blower that the exhaust pipe is connected to.
