Brayant condensing unit noise
I have a Bryant A/C and furnace in my home that is about 10 years old. The unit runs fine and if you want, it will chill the house well enough to hang meat on 85º days. But the condensing unit outside makes a pulsating sound. I can't hear it inside the house, but if I'm on the deck I hear it real well. Just glad I don't live next door to me . What would cause this? Should I put some kind of rubber pads under the feet?
Tried to edit the spelling in the thread name, but don't have admin. clearance.
we cannot hear it from here. rubber pads under it may help. compressors can pulsate and there is not much you can do about it. usually the rubber pads do the trick. condenser fan blade may be off balance too.
