If you had it installed by a contractor.
Call him back, and have him correct your air fow issues.
He sould have sized it to the heat loss of your home, and not by what size your old furnace is.

If you, or a friend of a friend, or a relative installed it yourself.

You need to find how much air it nees to move. And correct your duct work for it.

You can do your own load calc, to find what size furnace you need.

Oversized funaces on undersized duct work, uses more fuel to heat your home.
