Bought wrong thermostat, which to buy?

I bought a White Rodgers 1F97-1277 thermostat for my house. Well dummy me thought I had a single stage furnace. I just found out it was a two stage. (I just bought this house, lesson learned. That's what you get for assuming.)

Anyway I think the thermostat I'm looking for is the 1F95-1277. Here is a link. http://www.comfortgurus.com/product_...roducts_id/531

Can someone with more brains then me confirm this before I order another stat. I wish I could send this back, but I wrote all over the directions trying to figure out why I didn't have a W2 connection

Oh and this is a gas furnace unfortunately.

Good point. I will get the model number tomorrow and check it out. I read about every label on it, and didn't see a hi/low fire. Thanks for the help
