Boiler pressure valve leaks water on shutdown


All good information. I have another quote coming tomorrow for the conversion. After that I'm going to try just about everything here.

Also just confirmed a very minor oil leak on or near the supply line. It's very small but concerning.

Boiler pressure valve leaks water on shutdown


NOTE: If you have cast iron sectional boiler with clean out plugs, do not over torque trying to remove for checking/cleaning waterside the sections will crack under too much stress...try to remove pipe caps or pipe nipples or drain connections to gain whatever access you can at least for initial assessment.
