Boiler pressure relief valve leaking

I have a residential oil fired boiler with a relief valve set at 30 # and the pressure on the boiler reads 13#. Is this simply an old valve or could there be another issue? Its a slow leak . A drip every 6 seconds . Any advice would be appreciatted.
Thank You
Jason

Expansion tank is probably full. And relief valve did its job. But is worn enough that it can't close.
Drain tank and replace relief valve.

Thanks for your replies. The valve between boiler and expansion tank was leaking as well. I was able to tighten the valve and it stopped leaking. I will replace the pressure valve tomorrow.
thanks again
