Boiler possible leak

The boiler is about 15 years old, never saw a stain this big on floor the boiler was not working for 7 days , until we got power back.We are on city water. I had the boiler serviced about two months ago and the tech said it was running at 80% and for an older boiler that was very good. Attached are some images showing the dried stain as well as a new little drip area , any advise would be greatly appreciated , do you think this can wait , is it normal etc.

Boiler possible leak

It all depends with your comfort level, we don't know where the big stain came from.
The big stain could be from anything unless you actually seen it leaking, the minor seeping now is no big thing as long as it don't change or get bigger. If you are uncomfortable with the situation get a mechanic in to either repair or replace the boiler, we can only go so far here.

Nope,... It's Not normal for a boiler to leak, hot or cold...

Yer's is failin',... How long it'll last is the unknown... but it will get worse...

Boiler possible leak

Thank you again for all your assistance you mentioned that unless I saw it leaking it could be coming from something else , so it got me thinking I checked other possibilities and realized that the big leak did come from somewhere else . I still have a little drip now and then from the boiler when I run my hand across the side .So as you stated the seeping now is no big thing and it has not changed or get bigger. Will it continue to do this when the boiler goes on and shuts off ?
