Default Boiler keeps shutting off

I have had a 2 month problem of my Weil-Mclain Gold boiler (Oil, forced hot water) shutting off and needing to hit the reset button for it to start back up. I've had the boiler guy out about 4 times, each for the same issues, and it is still happening. I've spent 1k on it so far. He has replaced the electrodes, the nozzle, filter from the oil tank, replaced old piping that was encased in concrete with more modern tubing, replaced the temperature control valve, and replaced the fuel pump. It continues to shut down and I think the boiler guy may be in over his head, and I do not want to spend a dollar more without it actually getting fixed. Anyone here ever have this issue before?

You need a service tech that knows how to work on oil burners.

There are people that are very goo with the hydronic side of boilers.
But, they can't work on the burner side.

Did this guy use a tester to check the combustion efficiency.
By doing so, the test will tell you how well it is or isn't burining and lead him to the problem in most cases.

It sounds like your using a parts changer, not a service tech.
