Default Boiler install questions

Im trying to help out my Brother in law plumber with some pre wiring of this boiler setup and want get some ideas on how to do it. Its a new boiler that has a circulator pump on it that runs when the boiler does, and there a 2 zones with a pump for each.

There is a Grundfos 3zone controller and a low water cutoff. My question is how do these systems tie together?

Just not sure how the controller ties in with the boiler and how the boiler and cutoff wire together. Thanks for any insight. It will be checked over by a rep before startup, but hes unavailable and we want to have most of it done when he comes.
