Boiler gas valve question

The water pressure reducing valve sprung a leak today and water got on to the gas valve. Now the pilot light goes out after the boiler aqua stat cycles a few times. It isn't going out on any consistent pattern. Is it possible the gas valve is bad from getting wet?

If the gas valve ends up being bad. Where can I purchase one?
Thanks for the help.
