Boiler burners - some rust

Sunday morning I noticed a "whistling" noise coming from my Burnham Series 2 boiler. I pulled the cover and see the flame from one of the burners trying to come out the wrong end of the burner (that's bad, right?) I shut the boiler down and pull all 13 burners and clean them. Problem solved! However, on three burners, I noticed some rust around the gas slots. Do I need to think about replacing some burners? The flame has a bit of yellow/orange to it.
