boiler blowing off

hi i have a 5 year old peerless boiler that is blowing off the relief valve at 30 psi.
i have already replaced the water feed regulator to no avail . this system uses a super store indirect water heater with its own blow off valve.

the second blow off valve on the boiler keeps blowing off. i checked the schrader valve on the extrol model 30 P/n 9015a186 expansion tank, and have no water coming out. i reset the pre charge to 12 psi and tonight i noticed a small pinhole leak on the back underside of the tank near the water fill pipe. could this hole be my problem or should i look elsewhere. i know the tank needs to be replaced

Please punctuate your post as it is all run together and makes no sense when i try to read it.
Thanks

Good chance its the tank causing the problem.

Bladder tanks can not be properly recharged while connected to the system.

Unless there is a shut off valve, and vent valve between it and the system.
