Boiler ?

I live on the west coast. It does not get too cold here.
I have noticed that my home heat only manages to get to a bout 20 Celsius. My home has good insulation.
Not sure what's up with my heating system?

Boiler ?

Set it to 160 or 170, and see if your house gets warmer.

Do you hear water moing when the heat is on. If so that is often an indication that air is in the system, which will reduce the amount of heat you get.

Boiler ?

Bleeding the air from the system if you had an air lock will help.
Your temp settings were also too low. Raising them should help.
How many zones/ thermostats do you have?
If you have baseboard radiators, check if the fins are dust clogged and limiting the air movement through them.
