Blower will not shut off

I have a Bryant Furnace Model #310AAV0360AAJA and the blower will stay on 24/7. I adjusted the thermastat and replaced it with a new one today. I replaced the filter too. Does anyone have a sugestion of what I can do myself before I call in someone to look at it?

be sure on the thermostat it's set to "auto", not "on"?
check for similar switch on/in furnace too.

I agree, the Fan switch is probably set to ON, either at the furnace or the tstat, if NOT, then you have a short between "G" and "R" terminals.

Is this a gas or electric furnace? If its gas you have a limit switch open, if its electric your fan reley is sticking.

Have replaced a lot of blower boards on that model for the same issue. Could be your problem.
