blower running constantly after gas cycle, Any Ideas?

Furnace cycles properly in heat pump mode. Also cycles fine in emegency heat mode with gas. But if left in heat mode, and outdoor temp drops to point where furnace calls for gas, everything cycles properly, heat pumps shuts off, gas kicks in, and once thermostat is satisfied and shuts system down, the blower stays on. It will actually stay on in between heating cycles. The only way to get it to shut off is to switch thermostat off, after a minute or so it will shut down. I turn back on and this will repeat again after gas heat is shut down. If anyone has any ideas, I would really appritiate it! Thanks! Oh by the way, furnace is Goodman, Heat pump is Rheem and Thermostat is Robertshaw.

Is this a new problem or has it always done this?

I would guess not wired correctly, Is there a place to find a wiring diagram for this? And thanks for the info!
