Blower motor not kicking on???

Made in Elyria plant, July of 1991 by York(not all York units are made by York).

Blower heat relay may have stuck open. Might be time for a new board.

The Y of the serial number will be the year code for 2012, and 2033.
York is screwy doing that crap.

Your in Phiilly. What ever they want to charge you.

I think on that model. The board is obsoleted(has the remote mounted LED error code light). And the new one requires drilling holes on the furnaces control mounting bracket to fasten it. So it takes a couple extra minutes to install it.

I'd be around $500.00 for it(but your out of my area).

Great article about these sorts of problems. Pay special attention to the one line about two thirds way
down. That's all that was wrong with ours.

A little over my head, but thanks for the info. I will be calling out the tech this week. They need to come out anyway to do annual maintenance on my AC.
