Blower Motor Life

return air filter grill surface area in square inches plus return chase/duct size, install of complete system, etc..

the filter cleanliness too!! all directly relates to air flow, static pressure, motor life. If your air flow is restricted then running a motor non stop will prove fatal sooner rather than latter.
