Thermostat fan selector set to the ON position
High limit tripped
Roll out limit triped

When was the last time you replaced the filter?

Brand and model would help

fan switch on t-stat set to ON instead of auto. Or a high limit is tripped due to low airflow.

Just to extend that list...
Thermostat wire cross connection between "R" & "G" /a sticking fan relay or if you are dealing with a furnace that's 25 years or older.. broken fan- limit control or a summer fan switch left on.
