Blower fan runs continuously

Last year, I installed a new thermostat on my old HVAC system and a few months later, installed a new Condensor unit and Gas Heater & Blower with the already new-ish thermostat. I did not purchase from a retailer or distributor and had a friend of a friend (licensed - on the side) install the entire thing. Problem is, the blower fan now runs continuously, whether heating or cooling. It drives me nuts! Do I have to re-wire the thermostat? If so, where do I find out how to re-wire? I've tried to read the Gas Heater manual and it's gobbledygook....HELP!

is the fan switch in auto?

Thanks, Mikemy6 - yes, the fan is switched to auto at the Thermostat.
HarleyRider - I'll go and check the numbers and post them...do you want the thermostat and Heater/blower?

i suggest you disconnect the green wire on the therm, if the fan stops running its a thermostat issue. if the fan still runs, then dissconnect the green wire at the air handler, if the fan stops then the problem is the low voltage wire has shorted out between wires. if the fan still runs then the issue is the air handler.
