Blower fan on furnace seems to run too low

My blower fan seems to be running a little under power not sure how it runs with the heater but the other day we had a warm day so turned on the central air and it took over an hour for the house to drop 1 degree. Usually there are some places in our house like in front of the kitchen sink or in the bathroom where it blows straight out, you usually can feel the air blowing but now you cannot is the fan going out or another issue posibly?
