blower control board

I accidently pulled 2 wires off the blower control board on a snyder general furnace while switching it out. I believe the white one from the draft inducer goes back on the a neutral clip, but have a yellow one coming from a transformer that I haven't got a home for. Could I get some advice regarding placement.
