Is there oil in the tank? Is the oil filter plugged?

check coupler from mtr to pump

Change the oil filter, open bleed valve put small clear hose over bleeder and put it in a container, start system watch bleeder for clean stream of oil no air, you might have to push reset a couple times to get oil to flow, when oil flows with no air shut down and close bleed valve and fire up boiler. NOTE: Only push reset button a couple times when bleeding, never push reset more than once or twice if having burner trouble.

oil will not come out bleeder unless burner (oil pump) is running. Make sure filter is not clogged, and valve on filter is not turned off
