Bathroom vent fan -- All concrete walls

I am finishing my basement and have run into a problem. The obvious location for the bathroom is under my front porch and completely encased in concrete. I want to install a shower but how would I install a vent fan? Can you do that through the concrete walls? If so, can I use a small vent pipe?

Thanks.

you might have to rent a drill to bore the hole through the wall so you can run a 3 or 4" pipe. and then use a roof jack on the side wall. Paul
