Bathroom Exhaust Fan

Is this bad design? Should I be worried about condensate build-up dripping back onto the fan?

It's for a bathroom exhaust fan.

Bathroom Exhaust Fan

depends where you live and how cold the attic will be. Insulated flex pipe from the fan to the vent would be a better idea. it will condense in that bare pipe if it gets cold enough.
