Bath and laundry vents

I have two bathrooms and a laundry on the second floor. Currently one bath vents only into the attic which I know is not right. I am remodeling the other bath and it has no venting currently. Since I already have my upstairs dryer venting out side I would like to minimize pipes by joining the two bathrooms and venting them out the wall in one pipe. Is there a way to do this, and is it a problem venting them out of the wall instead of the roof? Obviously I will have to use elbows instead of a straight stack.

The clotheas dryer vent is already installed. My questions are about the bathroom exhaust vents. I want to combine two bath vents if posible and know if I can put ehm out the wall instead of the roof.
