Baseboard heating pipes wrap the entire room

I've got baseboard heating pipes that wraps around the entire room. The room was gutted and proper insulation was installed (there was very little there). So now I'm wondering can I just run the baseboard pipe down one exterior wall and wrap it back on top of the first run. The first run down would have the fins and the run back would just be plain pipe. Does creating a 180 degree turn back on the piping cause a pressure flow issue?

i did that numerous times over the years in western ny. was the only way to do it when you couldnt get access everywhere. as long as you still have enough feet of fins to heat the room it shouldnt be a problem.

Might want to do a load calc and see if that will be enough heat for that room first.

Thanks for the many replys; this is great. I'll look for a load calc; just to make sure.
