Balance??

I am remodeling and need to upgrade my furnace. How do I know if I have enough returns for my supply? And can I have too many Returns?

I also need to run a 50 foot trunk under my crawl for the addition. What size duct should I run? And can I buy this equipment at a Lowe's or Home Depot.

I'm in the Columbus area Ohio.

Balance??

We would have to almost see what you have now, inorder to give you a good answer. Your best bet if you want good results is to pay a HVAC company to consult you........that way if it doesent turn out you have some recourse.

The return size should match the supply size.
