attic condensation

My attic A/C drip pan is constantly filling (& draining) with condensation. What's going on?

attic condensation

the pan under the unit is an emergency pan piped out to the outside seperate from the unit condensate....thet trap is blocked coming off the unit is the insulation is wet and the panel is dripping...pan inside is full
