Argo zone 2 not working?

Hello. Just yesterday I had a brand new oil burning furance installed along with an Argo AZ series valve control and new thermostats Everything was fine last night. This morning I woke up to a chilly upstairs, however downstairs was nice and toasty. Both thermostats were set to the same temp 73 dergrees. I went to check the funace and i noticed only zone two was lit red and green. I turn the temp upstairs to 80....zone 2 still did not light up and feel no heat coming from the upstairs vents...before i call the installation dudes back, is there any advise? Thanks in advance. (sorry for the sideways pic)

Argo zone 2 not working?

Not really. if its a defective part, best to let the installers come back and find and fix it. So they can't deny warranty because you touched it.
