Question

American Standard Freedom 90 blower fan

I have an American Standard Freemdom 90 and the fan has started vibrating. I first thought it was just when the AC was on but I turned the fan from auto to on and still hear the vibration.
Is this usually the motor bearings or the cage off balance? How do you fix it?
Any help would be appreciated.

Remove blower housing disassemble and pressure wash wheel. You will have to remove circuit board and wiring. Wire tie it out of way to for easy housing removal. Usually it is just crud built up in the wheel

If a good cleaning doersn't fix it then you probably have a broken motor mount,a lose screw,or a balancing clip that has come off the blower wheel's fin.
