My furnace is not showing any life. There are no lights on the control board. I have power to the control board. Didn't check the output of the transformer, but thought there must be some kind of light with the 120v power.

Is the board fried?

bad title. this is the problem. Can't get to step 1 without the error codes.

Did you check the fuses in the furnace's fuse panel? I had one pop 7-8 years ago during a storm. I'm fuzzy on whether the error code light blinked or not. I seem to recall it was dead as a doornail, but I could be mistaken. Still, its easy to check the fuses if you haven't done so.

there was on fuse on the board and it was ok. That's why it seems odd that no lights are lit on the control panel.
