American Standard Freedom 80 Furnace not igniting all 4 burners

I have recently replaced the Draft inducer motor / fan kit on my furnace. Now when I go to turn it on I notice it does not ignite all 4 burner tubes. It will ignite the first three (looking in and going from right to left).

I powered off the furnace using the switch on the side and it did the same thing when I powered it back on. So I power cycled it again and then it lit all 4 burners.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hmm...I wonder if a burner orifice may be clogged on it...when it does light does it have a weaker flame than the others? are these stamped stainless steel burners? maybe it got bent and has trouble lighting or limited gas flow. Where is the pilot at in conjunction to the this troubled burner?
