Aireze Evap Cooler Parts

I have an Aireze Evap Cooler, Model F3AD, and need to replace the plastic enclosure that covers the pad. It is a round, fiberglass unit installed in 1995 and I cannot find that part anywhere. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Aireze Evap Cooler Parts

Aireze went out of business many years ago and there are no parts out there for them anymore.
Aside of looking ugly, you can toss the side louver, it's only there for looks. I see quite a few around town with the side louvers gone. I just had a new top made out of sheet metal for one of these that was missing but if I were the customer, I would have just replaced the whole cooler.

Tks for the info, but it's not what I wanted to hear. If I remove the plastic louvered cover, will the pad support itself?

The ones I have worked on had and internal retainer and and external retainer, the pad should be squeezed between them. Thats all you need for pad support. If you decide to replace it, check into the new style single inlet rigid media coolers, they blow a tad colder than what you have and require less maintenance.
