Air Handler won't shut off
 

I have an Amana air handler which has been installed for a few years. The fan blower will not turn off. I have checked the thermostat settings, disconnected the thermostat, turned off/on the power to the air handler( it comes back on), and after all of this, the blower still won't turn off. I am a little rusty troubleshooting circuits, could the problem be the electronic blower time delay relay? Thanks.

yes and it most likely is if you can figure out which wires perform the delay function you can just cut them and it will operate as a normal relay
