Air handler leaking

My air handler has been leaking water for some time now. The air handler is Allstyle SL model installed horizontally in the attic with the fan pulling air over the coils. The condensate line is clear. I can pour a pitcher of water down in the drip pan and it flows down the line quickly. But water continues to collect inside the air handler and drip out the seams into the emergency pan. If you feel underneath the air handler it is the most cold directly under the fan. I don't know if that means water is coming off the coils or if all air handlers are cooler underneath the fan. An AC tech decreased the fan speed but that didn't help at all. The second AC tech propped up the air handler to make sure it was level, but that also didn't help. I also had a p-trap put in with a vent after the p-trap but still no difference. Any ideas what is wrong?

Possible cracked primary drain pan. How old is the unit?

Air handler leaking

are you monitoring the primary drain pan, the one inside the air handler? did you pour water in the secondary and visible pan underneath the air handler, or in the primary pan inside the air handler?

I opened the air handler and poured water into the drip tray that leads to the primary pan inside the air handler.
