Depends on what your abilities are, or what your definition of air handler is.

air handler

Depends on how many people, if any, you have helping and whether or not they know what they're doing, where the unit is located, the fit to pevious return and plenum, drain pan and lines, electrical wiring, correct tools, dollies, etc., etc.

With myself and one helper to lift remove the old air handler and lift in a new one into an attic, fitting and sealing, brazing, wiring, sealing, vacuuming, charging, 4 -4.5 hours. I do all the work, helper is usually too inexperienced and just helps me lift.

air handler

Depends upon the brand. Some brands take an hour others take a day or two.
